Our Proactive IT Support Plans were designed to dramatically reduce or eliminate computer problems in your business while maximizing your network’s speed, performance, and stability, without the expense of a full-time IT staff. We become your complete Outsourced IT department.
Unlike other support plans that are reactive and that profit from the failures in your IT environment. Our Proactive plan is designed to PREVENT computer problems from escalating into unexpected downtime, data loss, interruptions in business, and financial loss. In fact, our Proactive IT Support Plan does not allow us to profit from your technology troubles in anyway.

Customers with this Support Plan receive the level of response that has been outlined in their specific contract. If a customer purchases our Standard Block of Time, they receive next day response unless an expedite fee is charged.
The response time can be negotiated if a Custom Block of Time Support Plan is purchased. QCSI can customize a plan to meet your specific service needs.
QCSI can provide a technician for a set number of hours per week, per month or per year. This plan offers additional discounts over our normal Block of Time rates.
Custom Agreements are also available to meet specific needs of our clients. These types of agreements can offer a significant discount over our normal Block of Time rates. Our client commits to a minimum number of hours per year and we commit to providing a significant discount.
Quality Computer Services also offers our support service on a time and material basis. Our hourly rates are one of the lowest in the computer industry. Service is available on a “first come first serve” basis. The turnaround on Time and Material calls is typically 3 to 4 days.
